Refund policy

At Street Currency, value is more than price — it’s trust.
Every product that leaves our vault is checked, packed, and sealed with care. We stand behind every piece we release because we understand that real value lives in the details.

However, we also understand that sometimes an exchange must happen.
If for any reason your order does not meet expectation, we offer a 14-day return window from the day your item is delivered. During this time, you can request a return, provided the item remains in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, complete with packaging, labels, and protective seals intact.

We ask that you handle your Street Currency pieces with the same respect they were made with — carefully and intentionally.
Returns that arrive damaged, worn, or missing elements may not be accepted, as we cannot reintroduce compromised items back into circulation.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team through the encrypted contact form on our website or email us directly with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the destination address.
All return shipping costs are provided by the customer. We do not issue prepaid return labels at this stage, allowing us to maintain our independence and fair pricing.

Restocking & Fees
We charge no restocking fees.
Street Currency believes that fairness should be as strong as our aesthetic. Every eligible return receives a full refund for the item(s) purchased — no hidden deductions, no transaction penalties.

Final Sale Items
There are no permanent final sale items within our current circulation. Each product remains eligible for return under the same conditions stated above. Once a piece sells out, it leaves circulation, but if it’s within your 14-day window, your right to return remains secure.

Refund Timeline
Once your returned item reaches our system and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for standard bank processing times. We will notify you via email once your return has been accepted and completed.
